Due to the complexities of the human digestive system and many other complex factors, I believe there is no 'one way' for everyone to eat. Strict diets are not realistic for long term success and usually are lacking in nutrients and don't support healthy living. This is why I like to teach my clients about following a nice and simple agnostic nutrition plan to help create a leaner and healthier you!
